A Yoga Studio in Ubud, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Front Office Manager (Full-time)Responsibilities:

Handle the Accommodation, Studio Reception and Guest Experience departments to ensure efficient operations
Ensure the guests have the best experience throughout their stay
Lead, direct and manage the departments including planning, budgeting and ensuring adherence to policies and standard procedures
Coordinate with all departments to ensure proper execution of guests’ requests and programs
Maximize company’s revenue through effective management of reservations and billing
Maintain effective communication within the department as well as keeping the team informed of any arising problems or queries
Check reservation reports to ensure accurate computer entries
Oversee the workflow in the departments as well as ensuring tasks are completed at the end of each shift
Proactively address issues related to guest experience to provide optimal solutions

Requirements:

Fluent written and verbal communication in English
Proven working experience as a Front Office Manager or in a similar role
Experience in a 4-star hotel or similar upscale hospitality setting would be a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or in a related field
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Leadership skills with a proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively
Outgoing and proactive attitude
Ability to handle complaints professionally and find effective resolutions
Possess a typical hospitality personality with a customer-centric approach
Familiarity with the yoga and wellness world would be a plus
