A Yoga Studio in Ubud, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Front Office Manager (Full-time)Responsibilities:
- Handle the Accommodation, Studio Reception and Guest Experience departments to ensure efficient operations
- Ensure the guests have the best experience throughout their stay
- Lead, direct and manage the departments including planning, budgeting and ensuring adherence to policies and standard procedures
- Coordinate with all departments to ensure proper execution of guests’ requests and programs
- Maximize company’s revenue through effective management of reservations and billing
- Maintain effective communication within the department as well as keeping the team informed of any arising problems or queries
- Check reservation reports to ensure accurate computer entries
- Oversee the workflow in the departments as well as ensuring tasks are completed at the end of each shift
- Proactively address issues related to guest experience to provide optimal solutions
Requirements:
- Fluent written and verbal communication in English
- Proven working experience as a Front Office Manager or in a similar role
- Experience in a 4-star hotel or similar upscale hospitality setting would be a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or in a related field
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Leadership skills with a proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Outgoing and proactive attitude
- Ability to handle complaints professionally and find effective resolutions
- Possess a typical hospitality personality with a customer-centric approach
- Familiarity with the yoga and wellness world would be a plus
