1. Min Diploma/Bachelor Degree
2. Previous experience in front desk or guest service roles, along with at least 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a hotel or similar establishment.
3. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills are essential.
4. Demonstrated leadership skills to manage and motivate a team of Front Office Staff, ensuring smooth operations and exellent guest experiences.
5. Effective verbal and written communications skills in English.
6. The ability to resolve guest issues and address operational challenges efficiently.
7. Willingness to work flexible hours.
