Job Description:
- Operate and monitor gas generator to generate power electricity.
- Monitor and control that the gas engine parameters comply with standards.
- Execute startup and shutdown procedures for the gas generator.
- Respond to emergency situations following established procedures and protocols.
- Conduct routine inspection of power generation equipment.
- Maintain accurate logs, records, and day-to-day reports related to power generation equipment, process parameters, and incidents.
- Communicate with operation supervisors regarding the findings.
- Communicate with Maintenance Officer regarding the equipment maintenance schedule.
- Ensure the operations in power generation areas are aligned with Health and Safety procedures.
- Prepare reports regarding the LNG production quality and communicate with maintenance supervisor regarding the equipment maintenance.
Requirements:
- Must have a D-III or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related.
- Must have 1-3 year(s) of experience in relevant positions/industries.
- Experienced in handling gas engine.
- High understanding of gas engine issues and troubleshooting.
- Able to read electric single-line diagram.
- Good strategic thinking, problem solving, and decision making skills.
- Must be able to communicate in English.
