Job Description
- Manage department's General Affair budget.
- Ensure that the working environment is tidy, safe, comfortable, well-managed, and conducive to business.
- Organize, manage, and implement company policies in the facilities provided to employees so that they are carried out well.
- Monitor and manage the company's legalization/operational documents and ensure the enforcement of these documents.
- Ensure the efficient operation of security systems within and outside the organization by planning, implementing, and managing them in conjunction with relevant partners.
- Manage the transportation system in the company so that it runs well.
- Ensure the effective execution of the company's work program and that of the GA Department by organizing, managing, and implementing it.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in General Affair as Supervisor.
- Experienced working in FMCG and familiar with the business process.
- Minimum age 30 years old.
- Education from Bachelor degree any major.
- Good in team work and working independent.
- Outstanding leadership skills.
- Ability to work with all levels of people.
- Having knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), regulations, and legal matters.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office or similar software.
