Candidate Responsibilities:
- Making strategic planning for asset & office facility maintenance.
- Manage and organize the team schedule; organize and schedule appointments and meetings; book & organize travel arrangements.
- Manage licensing documents.
- Supervise the Front Office, OB/Service Team, Operations.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports; submit and reconcile expense reports.
- Help the team to organize events.
Main Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in any major, with minimum GPA 3.00.
- Having experience in GA Officer / Staff is an advantage.
- Able to operate Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel.
- Having knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Having driving license A and C.
- Willing to do a business trip to our sites.
- Excellence in verbal & non-verbal communication skills.
