RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Provide facility business travel needs (transportation tickets and hotels)
- Process distribute incoming letters/documents to Head Office staff
- Process ensure that the meeting room and equipment in the meeting room are neat, clean and ready for use
- Carrying out office area cleaning after working hour such as : vacuum office area carpet (weekly)
- Support other department
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS :
- Senior high school or Bachelor's degree any major
- Proficiency in the following applications: Ms Office, Google Workspace
- Hospitality or similar industry knowledge is preferable.
- Previous experience in working in a multinational company
- Especially for people with disabilities
