Job Description:
- Handle the administrative (Manual & HRIS)
- Handle recruitment process (permanent & outsourcing) starting from the sourcing process to on boarding employees.
- Handle mutations, promotions, employee training.
- Handle Termination & Exit interviews of employees Handle Termination & Exit interviews of employees
- Perform GA services (taking care of operational vehicles, transport-accommodation of official trips, procurement of stationaries, cleanliness, security, permits, work facilities)
- Have experience in managing employee assets
Job Requirements:
- Education Min. S1 All Majors
- Male Age : 28 - 35 years old
- Min. 4 Years Experience
- Experienced on Recruitment & on boarding, People development, Organization Development, Employee Relations
- Have experience in cooperation with outsourced, headhunt, vendor2, GA Services
- Preferably those who have experience as GA and Asset Management for warehouse and factory.
