Uraian Tugas

Job Description
  • Conducting employee recruitment processes, including posting job advertisements on sourcing channels, screening CVs, conducting initial interviews, and scheduling psychometric tests.
  • Compiling and summarizing the results of candidates' psychometric tests to be recommended to the user.
  • Coordinating with users regarding interview scheduling and interview results.
  • Providing education and orientation to newly joined employees.
  • Assisting in administrative processes for new employees joining the company.
  • Creating evaluations of recruitment activities' effectiveness.
  • Ensuring all supporting tools for training implementation are available.
  • Acting as a facilitator for training implementation.
  • Creating evaluations of training activities' effectiveness.
  • Conducting job analysis and workload analysis to determine job scope and human resource needs.
  • Building good relationships with all employees.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR; Fresh graduates will be considered.
  • Proficient in English language and possess good communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and systematic.
