- Conducting employee recruitment processes, including posting job advertisements on sourcing channels, screening CVs, conducting initial interviews, and scheduling psychometric tests.
- Compiling and summarizing the results of candidates' psychometric tests to be recommended to the user.
- Coordinating with users regarding interview scheduling and interview results.
- Providing education and orientation to newly joined employees.
- Assisting in administrative processes for new employees joining the company.
- Creating evaluations of recruitment activities' effectiveness.
- Ensuring all supporting tools for training implementation are available.
- Acting as a facilitator for training implementation.
- Creating evaluations of training activities' effectiveness.
- Conducting job analysis and workload analysis to determine job scope and human resource needs.
- Building good relationships with all employees.
Meminta
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in HR; Fresh graduates will be considered.
- Proficient in English language and possess good communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and systematic.
