- Ensure administration process according to SOP
- Responsible for manpower fulfilment and selection process, include: sourcing candidates, screening and interview.
- Provide administration and involve various tasks related to general operations
- Facilitate & coordinate training course for store employee based Corporate Team Training
- Ensure supporting facilities and activities for the smooth operation.
Requirement
- Minimum S1 from reputable university
- Minimum 4 years of working experience at Human Resource or General Affair
- Have good understanding in Indonesian Labour Law
- Preferably familiar with retail industry
- Good analytical thinking, planning organizing and time management
- Able to communicate and work as a team
