- Responsible for the recruitment process (apply job advertisement, sort application, Interview & Test and find out best prospective employees)
- Recapitulation employee attendance
- Manage employee database.
- Employment agreement, monitoring probation or contract status, conducting probation or contract evaluation.
- Handle payroll-related inquiries (such as cash advance, overtime, attendance, etc.) and issues from employees.
- Maintain payroll records and prepare reports for management.
- Register and calculate BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Health Insurance for employees.
- Oversee general office administration, including facilities management, office supplies, and equipment maintenance.
- Coordinate with another department regarding HR activities.
- Bachelor Degree, major Psychology, Management (Human Resources)Experience in the same position minimum 2 years
- Knowing Labor Law, Industrial Relations, Community Development, Recruitment, Payroll & Training
- Knowing Psychological Test Tools
- Proficient in English
- Proficient in MS Office Applications (MS Words, Excel, Power Point)
- Good personality with excellent service attitude
- Having excellent correspondence and administration skill
- Ability to handle high workload, stress tolerance
