Responsibilities :
- Manage end to end recruitment lifecycle; sourcing, scouting, interviewing, hiring and on-boarding employees in a company
- Update employee database
- Maintain and update for BPJS Labor and Health
- Familiar with BPJS website
- Responsible for employee contract
- Organizing and maintaining personnel records
- Ensure that all new employees documents and records are filled completely and correctly
- Help Human Resources manager work
- Report on general HR activity
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree of Psychology, Human Resources
- Max 25 years old
- At least 2 years experiences in Human Resources, having strong recruitment
- Excellent communication and team work skills
- Able to work under pressure
