Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience in Human Resources and General Affairs (Internship Included)
- Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply
- Proven track record of performance management, recruitment, and employee relations
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Understanding of Human Resources legislation
Tasks & responsibilities
- Responsible for handling daily HR affairs, including recruitment, training, performance management, and exit management.
- Manage employee records and databases, ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of all information.
- Coordinate employee relations and benefits programs, including health insurance, employee benefits, and annual leave arrangements.
- Track and analyze HR-related data and trends to support decision-making.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve working relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
