- Reaching the defined targets for hiring of different job roles (time, costs, quality)
- Provide high-quality advice and service to management on daily employee relations and performance management issues
- Support the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience
- Manage other HR tasks such as attendance, employee's database and appraisal
- Coordination daily with HR management and employees
- Maintain employee policies administration
- Maintain HR related Documents, Letters & Filing
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Especially IT), management, business administration, human resources management or related discipline
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience as HR Generalist and preferable in IT Business
- Expertise in HR Engagement, Administration & Documentation
- Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations
- Having experiences and knowledge of Performance Appraisal
- General Administration Skills
- Excellent communication skills
