REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Law/Management/Psychology with GPA > 3.0.
- At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources or related field.
- Good analytical skill, attention to details, and target oriented.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have good in English will be highly preferred.
- Willing to be placed in South Jakarta and ready to join immediately.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handling administration of all employment contract and employee database.
- Managing end to end payroll process and reporting, time attendance, absence records, leave, overtime, health insurance, and statutory payment.
- Managing employee contract reviews, labour law consultation, and any issues that may come up as well as support during company events.
- Updating and implementing all necessary policies and improving policies and procedures related to Human Resources.
- Have a good understanding of BPJS employee.
- Organizing a filing system for important employee documents.
- Preparing and distributing relevant HR letters/documents as per requirement.
