General Affair, Warehouse, & Logistic Officer

Requirements :

• Possess Bachelor's Degree from any major.
• Minimum 2 year of working experiences in a related field.
• Experienced in Logistic/Asset Management is an advantage.
• Required Skills : Microsoft Office, Google Workspaces, Administration.
• Detail-oriented, resilient, neat and perform teamwork spirit.
• Work location : Bontang, East Kalimantan.

Responsibilities :

• Maintain GA Assets including buildings, vehicles, furniture, and equipment office.
• Manage receptionist, office boy/office girl, driver, and messenger.
• Manage schedule and rent vehicles.
• Maintain stock GA including ATK and pantry.
• Reserve accommodation employee business trip.
• Manage rent land, house, building, dorm.
• Process purchase request for GA asset and expense.
• Maintain stock consumable, ensure availability stock consumable and tracking in out stock consumable.
• Received incoming purchase good and or service and check together with user also input receiving in system.
• Carry out packing, crating, warehousing and storage for shipment out.
• Ensure inventory are appropriately stored.
• Regular stock opname together with accounting and or Logistic HO.
• Reporting and Administration.
