Job Descriptions :
- Provide a clean, healthy and safe office environment.
- Ensure a well-maintained infrastructure & 'always ready' office stocks.
- Ensure a well-maintained company villa.
- Maintain an updated and centralized office inventory record.
- Ensure the company inventory are well maintained and in a safe condition.
- Supervise and monitoring security and cleaning services.
- Business Trip Arrangement: Arrange ticket, accommodation, transport for the business trip both domestic and overseas, calculate the transport expense
- Take care of any other general affair related tasks
- Any other relevant responsibilities, as requested by Office Manager
Minimum Qualifications and Experience :
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Must be good in spoken and written English (will use English on a daily basis)
- Prior experience as a GA and relevant field minimum 2 years.
- Sound knowledge of all GA Activities (e.g. Building Environment, Electricity & backup, Cleaners & Security supervision, etc.)
- Dedicated to work, responsible and reliable person.
- Exceptional analytic and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills
- Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
- Detail oriented
- Having certificate K3 is a must
- Good communication skills
