Main Responsibilities:
- Identifying new business opportunities and taking the lead on constructing a robust and successful business proposal.
- Preparing the prospective business plans (including market research, financial analysis, investment strategy, risk register and exit strategy).
- Providing decision support to the management through data analysis, risk/return analysis, research and market assessment activities.
- Creating delivery strategy of the new business or investment.
- Building and developing good relationships with relevant business community organization.
- Setting marketing strategies and implementation plan and its alignment with the market drivers and trends.
- Ensuring the new business projects are executed timely, within the budget and at high quality level.
- Providing high level executive reports, recommending the strategy, and highlighting all critical issues, recommending actions and measures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Finance & Accounting.
- Minimum of 10 years of investment and development management experience.
- Strong business acumen.
- Proven expertise in financial modeling, financial analysis, business analysis & market dynamics.
- Proven experience in managing the development process.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Strong organizational skills and capacity to work under pressure.
- Proven experience in negotiation, and managing key stakeholders.
- Ability in handling new business projects, assignments and duties effectively.
- Good computer skills and familiar with internet and social media.
- Proven experience of managing teams and influencing workstreams and 3rd parties.
- Leadership qualities as demonstrated through previous line/team management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve results and drive to succeed.
