Grading Activities:
• Organize schedule for submitting score deadline
• Print document for examination document
• Monitor transaction of examination document process
• Follow up lecturers who haven’t submitted students’ score
• Reporting all score reports to Head of Department and BINUS Online Learning Director for acknowledgement and approval
• Upload and monitor score from lecturers
• Handle exam score appeal from student services
• Find exam archive related to exam score appeal and report it to revision lecturers
• Receive revision score from appeal and request approval from Head of Department or BINUS Online Learning Director
• Print and verify every submitted score
• Print and distribute score reports to all related units
• Report to IT Directorate to upload grade and score
• Prepare data for Yudisium score
• Archive approved score and reports from other activities
• Check and make a destruction report for expired document
Management Support Activities:
• Provide Report to direct Supervisor
• Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
• Perform activities related to Quality Management System
• Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor
Education Requirement:
•Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) or University Student (6th Semester)
