About The Role:
The Guest Relation Officer greets and registers guests, providing prompt and courteous service. Checks guests in and out, resolving guest challenges throughout their visit in the venue, ensuring seamless, memorable stays. Warmth and efficiency in handling inquiries create a welcoming atmosphere, leaving guests with lasting positive impressions.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in Guest Relation or a related role, with at least 1 year of experience.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a hospitality setting.
- Has a beach club vibe and style.
- Appears to be proportional and attractive.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in english and other languages is a plus
- Has commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Familiar in a fast-paced work environment.
