GUEST RELATIONS OFFICER
This role is reserved for expatriates only, and is part of the upper management team. Working closely with the Resort Manager, the ideal candidate is hands-on, self-motivated and outgoing. This is not a back-office job. We are looking forward to receive your application including a resume in English language.
Preferred traits and experience:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or gastronomy industry preferred
- Currently residing in Bali or Indonesia
- Fluent in spoken and written English, and at least 1 or 2 other European language
- Organized working manner and strong attention to details
- Outgoing personality and good communication skills
- Previous experience in a leadership role is an advantage
- Previous experience in front-of-house management is an advantage
- Previous working experience in Indonesia or South-East Asia is an advantage
- Someone who can work independently as well as being a team player
- Creative and self-motivated
- Takes ownership and strong in multi-tasking
Main Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Main point of contact for all guests and handles all queries in a professional manner
- Overseeing Front-of-House operations and assisting with daily operations tasks where required
- Handling of guest feedback and complaints in a professional and swift manner
- Act as a role model and provide guidance to the Front Office team
- Assist with guest email inquiries and correspondence
- Supervise and coordinate VIP arrangements
- Assist with replies on social media and review platforms
