Job Description :
- Facilitating discussions regarding the needs for changes in organizational structure, job evaluation, job descriptions, and technical and soft competencies within the relevant directorate.
- Reviewing workload and analyzing job productivity in the related directorate.
- Assessing the availability and manpower needs in the relevant directorate, coordinating requests, and allocating manpower internally and externally.
- Coordinating the recruitment process with the recruitment team and users in the related directorate, as well as negotiating contracts for employees (specifically for groups 2-3 and sales).
Facilitating the identification of needs and planning employee development programs in the related directorate, coordinating internal activities, and in-house training as needed.
Facilitating the planning of employee mutations (rotations and promotions) and conducting fit & proper test interviews.
Monitoring the implementation of Performance Appraisals (PK), Coaching & Counseling, and Individual Development Plans (IDP) for employees.
Managing and controlling the administration of employee admission and exit documents.
Analyzing and recommending compensation scheme adjustments to the Personnel & Rewards Management team.
Handling and following up on employment issues that arise.
Analyzing and controlling the outsourcing manpower needs in the related directorate.
Conducting culture management and change management activities and facilitating the needs of HR-related projects within the HR function.
Coordinating and socializing Corporate HR programs and policies in the related directorate.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Psychology, Management, Human Resource Management, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years working in the field of HR, both as a generalist and specialist in at least 2 HR areas (OD, Recruitment, People Development, Performance Management, Rewards Management, Industrial Relations, Culture Management)
