Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree/ Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical
- Engineering and/ Mechatronics.
- Have minimum +10 Years in leading Engineering and/ Project Department (from FMCG is a plus)
- Able to travel more than 50% of the time
- Must have Experience in TPM, Lean Manufacturing, OEE, EHEDG
- Have knowledge in GMP, HACCP, & CPOTB
- Honest & have a “can-do” attitude
- Strong Communication, Strong attention to detail & Interpersonal Skills

Job Description:
- Ensure that all activities of the Engineering Department are aligned with the Company's Vision and Mission, and ensure they operate at the highest standard across all company factory facilities.
- Plan, direct, coordinate, and supervise functions to ensure the development and implementation of effective and efficient operational programs to support the Company's current and future needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and actively participate as a member of the Operations Leadership team to ensure the realization of the Company's vision and mission from the perspective of Best Engineering Practices culture.
- Develop and execute Compelling Business Needs (CBN) and translate CBN into clear and measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Continuously inspire and motivate all team members to achieve Optimum Overall Asset Utilization and promote the Best Engineering Practices Culture.
- Lead the Corporate Engineering & Utility Department and closely monitor and control all Engineering & Utility Department activities to maintain optimal, effective, and efficient Engineering & Utility operational levels.
- Address challenges and problems, provide continuous improvement steps to ensure the readiness of all company machinery assets.
- Plan and execute initiatives within the scope of the Engineering & Utility division to achieve top asset performance at the lowest possible cost.
