Head Of Engineering Department

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from reputable university
• Proven professional  experience of at least 5 years in civil engineering and project management roles, especially as Head of Engineering Department from property development company.
• Strong technical expertise in construction methodologies, site planning, and infrastructure development for high end luxurious residential and super block integrated business districts.
• Excellent leadership and cooperation skills for managing collaborative environment.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Direct report to Project General Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing all aspects of civil engineering activities from planning to execution, with a commitment to excellence, innovation, and sustainability.
• Collaborating with architects, contractors, and consultants to ensure project specifications and timelines are met.
• Managing project budgets, resources, and schedules effectively.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols.
• Implementing quality assurance measures to uphold project integrity to build urban landscapes with premium residential offerings and integrated business hubs.
