Job Description :
- Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
- Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
- Investigate employee issues and conflicts and bring them to resolution
- Respond to employee queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain HR systems and processes
- Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team
- Ensure all company HR policies are regularly reviewed, updated and applied consistently
- Maintain company organization charts, employee directory and records, ensuring status updates are recorded
- Partner with the leadership team to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives
- Lead the performance and salary review process, providing leadership and guidance to other managers
- Provide support and guidance to HR staff in daily functions and completion of tasks
- Provide support and guidance to managers to handle HR issues with their direct reports
- Manage Compensation Benefits, HRIS & Personnel, Industrial Relations, and Recruitment functions.
- Design and implement employee retention strategies
Qualifications :
- Bachelor Degree of Psychology / Law / Management from Reputable University with Min. GPA 3.00 of 4.00.
- At least have experience in the same position for 2 (two) year. (Preferred in retail/service industry)
- Experienced in leading a minimum of 500 staff
- Have knowledge about Labor Law
- Have an understanding of the Recruitment Process, Payroll, Administrative, etc.
- Have knowledge about Employment and Maintenance of Employees
- Able to work in team and have excellent communication skills
- Have critical thinking and analytical skills
- Have a good time management
- Proven leadership capabilities, with the ability to inspire and lead a team towards achieving organizational objectives.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in complex situations.
