👑 Job Role

IT Operations

• Oversee IT operations to ensure smooth functioning, addressing client needs and inquiries promptly and efficiently
• Implement best practices to optimize IT operations and enhance client satisfaction

IT Governance

• Ensure compliance with relevant IT governance frameworks for SaaS business
• Develop and enforce policies and procedures to maintain data security, privacy, and regulatory compliance

IT Infrastructure and Network Management

• Manage all aspects of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, servers, and cloud services
• Oversee IT network architecture and design to ensure reliability, performance, and scalability

Products Management

• Collaborate with other teams to manage IT products' lifecycle from planning to implementation and maintenance
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions to enhance product offerings and drive business growth

Team Management

• Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to foster a culture of excellence 
• Delegate tasks effectively, monitor performance, and promote professional development opportunities.

⛩️ Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in IT roles with a proven track record of success in a leadership capacity
• Experience in IT solutions, SaaS, IaaS, and Cloud/on-prem development
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• IT certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CompTIA, Cisco, or Microsoft would be a plus
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals effectively
