Head Of Product Development

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Lead and inspire a cross-functional team, set clear goals, provide guidance, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback, as well as suggestions from sales and manufacturing teams. 
• Coordinate with R&D, design, engineering, and manufacturing teams to streamline processes.
• Work closely with the testing team to address any issues and iterate on designs accordingly.
• Establish strong relationships with external partners, suppliers, and industry experts.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Product Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managerial position as a Product Development minimum 3 years
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, industry standards, and regulations.
• In-depth knowledge of the end-to-end Product Development process.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
