Responsibilities include:
• Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring efficient guest check-in, check-
out, and room assignment processes.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure accurate and timely billing, payment processing, and guest folio
management.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to coordinate guest services and
meet guest needs.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, local attractions, and
dining options to enhance the guest experience.
• Manage phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication, directing
inquiries and messages to the appropriate departments.
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as record-keeping, report generation,
and guest profile updates.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2-3 Years experience in a similar position
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• High school diploma or equivalent. Additional hospitality or customer service training is a plus.
• A good understanding of Front Office systems including Hotel Management Software.
• Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or similar role.
• Well-presented and professional appearance.
• Collaborative mindset to work effectively with colleagues from various departments
• Competency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to learn on the job.
• Excellent customer service skills.
