Receptionist (Nusa Dua)

Lunox Entertainment looking for people as the face of our establishment, you 'll be the point person for guests ensuring their visit are informative and enjoyable. We preferably the one that has working experience in Hospitality Industry / Entertaintment.

Job Descriptions:

• Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls, taking messages and transferring calls as needed.
• Provide information to visitors and callers, and assist with general inquiries.
• Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
• Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
• Monitor and control access to the premises, maintaining security protocols.
• Handle basic customer concerns and escalate issues as necessary.
• Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure efficient office operations.

What you need:

• Based in Bali
• Proficiency in English.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative support role is a plus.
