Receptionist

Responsibilities:

1. Greet clients warmly and ensure a friendly and professional atmosphere in the reception area.
2. Answer phone calls, messages and emails, schedule appointments, and manage the clinic's calendar efficiently.
3. Provide information to clients about services, pricing, and procedures offered by the clinic.
4. Process payments accurately and maintain records of transactions.
5. Assist clients with filling out forms and gathering necessary information for their appointments.
6. Coordinate with the aesthetic and therapist departments to ensure a smooth flow of clients and effective communication.
7. Handle client inquiries and concerns promptly and escalate issues to the appropriate staff when necessary.
8. Follow clinic policies and procedures regarding confidentiality, safety, and hygiene protocols.
9. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.

Requirements:

1. At least 1 year of previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality sector. 
2. High English proficiency - reading, writing, speaking
3. Proficiency in using computer software such as MS Office and scheduling systems.
