Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly and ensure a friendly and professional atmosphere in the reception area.
- Answer phone calls, messages and emails, schedule appointments, and manage the clinic's calendar efficiently.
- Provide information to clients about services, pricing, and procedures offered by the clinic.
- Process payments accurately and maintain records of transactions.
- Assist clients with filling out forms and gathering necessary information for their appointments.
- Coordinate with the aesthetic and therapist departments to ensure a smooth flow of clients and effective communication.
- Handle client inquiries and concerns promptly and escalate issues to the appropriate staff when necessary.
- Follow clinic policies and procedures regarding confidentiality, safety, and hygiene protocols.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality sector.
- High English proficiency - reading, writing, speaking
- Proficiency in using computer software such as MS Office and scheduling systems.
