Hotel Sales & Marketing Manager

Key Responsibility :

1. Develop, implement, and execute a comprehensive strategy to drive revenue growth.
2. Participating and contributing to company strategic efforts to drive revenue.
3. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
4. Collaborate and work closely with the marketing team to create impactful product listings, promotions, and campaigns.
5. Lead and motivate sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve targets.
6. Negotiate and manage relationships with wholesale partners, distributors, and retailers.
7. Negotiate favourable terms, promotional opportunities, and collaborations to enhance the brand presence.
8. Utilize data analytics tools to generate insights and reports on sales and wholesale performance.
9. Make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization.

Key Requirements : 

1. Willing to be placed in Cisarua - Bogor.
2. Experience in the hospitality sector is highly preferred
3. Proven ability to lead and inspire a sales team, driving results and reaching targets.
4. A minimum of 3 years experienses as Revenue Manager in Hospitality Sector 
5. Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
6. Proficient in using analytics tools to derive actionable insights.
7. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
8. Ability to effectively communicate with internal teams and external partners.
9. A proactive and results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
10. Ability to adapt to changes and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
