Key Responsibility :
- Develop, implement, and execute a comprehensive strategy to drive revenue growth.
- Participating and contributing to company strategic efforts to drive revenue.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate and work closely with the marketing team to create impactful product listings, promotions, and campaigns.
- Lead and motivate sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve targets.
- Negotiate and manage relationships with wholesale partners, distributors, and retailers.
- Negotiate favourable terms, promotional opportunities, and collaborations to enhance the brand presence.
- Utilize data analytics tools to generate insights and reports on sales and wholesale performance.
- Make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization.
Key Requirements :
- Willing to be placed in Cisarua - Bogor.
- Experience in the hospitality sector is highly preferred
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a sales team, driving results and reaching targets.
- A minimum of 3 years experienses as Revenue Manager in Hospitality Sector
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Proficient in using analytics tools to derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal teams and external partners.
- A proactive and results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
