Due to the nature of this sector, the role is fully office based working.

Description
Reporting to a HR Business Partner at this busy distribution site, the role of HR Administrator is a varied and busy role, supporting with a wide range of HR matters including but not limited to:
- Act as the first point of contact for HR queries on-site
- Produce HR paperwork and documents
- Note taking in HR meetings
- Update staff files and records
- Support the HR team by producing HR reports and updating trackers
- Support with Recruitment Administration - pre-employment checks and on boarding
- Maintain sickness and absence reports
Profile
Ideal candidates for this role will have a background in administration, ideally with working knowledge of HR.
You will be able to demonstrate a passion for a career in HR and ideally hold or be studying towards HR qualifications
Critically you will be comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment and be able to demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail with exceptional customer services skills.
