Description
As an Assistant HR Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the entire HR process from start to finish, encompassing people development and talent management.
- Cultivating robust stakeholder relationships to meet the organization's personnel requirements effectively.
- Spearheading the implementation of robust HR policies and programs, including employee engagement and diversity & inclusion initiatives.
- Maintaining a comprehensive talent pipeline database while nurturing existing talent within the organization.
- Strategizing and formulating human resources policies at both organizational and factory levels.
- Creating and fostering strong relationship between different functions within the organization
Profile
A successful candidate must possess:
- A Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, preferably with psychology/ management background.
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing the entire spectrum of human resources functions.
- Prior experience in the manufacturing sector.
- Fluent in English.
- Proven track record within HR policies, employee engagement, and people development.
- Proven track record in working as an individual contributor.
