HR Staff
Job Description:
- Assist with attendances, overtime, medical benefits and provide guidance to employees
- Address conflicts and promote a positive culture
- Generate HR reports and analyze data
- Manage the organization’s HR database to ensure that all recruitment processes and employee-related information are handled and processed accurately
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (preferably Law, Human Resource Administration, Management, other related field)
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, administrative procedures, facility management, office operations
- Detail oriented, strong communication & interpersonal skills, and organizational & multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with HR software & systems, and tools for office management
GA Staff
Job Description:
- Handle inquiries, assist with policies, and maintain records.
- Coordinate and manage various HR and general affairs tasks to support the company's operations and employee needs
- Contract management & regulatory compliance
- Handle various operational activities within the company, including procurement, payment of routine expenses, and asset maintenance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law / Engineering / related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in related field
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization
- Detail oriented, strong communication & interpersonal skills, and organizational & multitasking abilities
