We are looking for an experienced HR Development and GA Staff to join our team! To fill this position, you have to meet the following:
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in similiar position as HR & GA function
- Good communication, leadership & managerial skills and has to be passionate in human resources
- Good command in English both verbal and written
- Can join ASAP
Responsibilities:
- Bridging between management and employees to create a work ethic in accordance with the company's vision and mission
- Socialize corporate policies to all site employees to create a conducive industrial relationship between employees and the company
- Maintain employee data into the HR information system database to ensure all employee data are valid and up to date
- conduct requirement & selection administrative activities for local employees in accordance with the company's needs and policies to support the company's operations
- Prepare HR-related reports as needed
- Manage mandatory licensing administration needs for expatriates
- Handle legal and general affairs matters such as employment working contract, vendor contract, company permit, etc
- Handle company OSS, BPJS and other government website related to HR & GA
