Hr Legal Manager

Requirements:

• Minimal Bachelor’s degree in Law from reputable university.
• Minimal 5 years experiences in the same position.
• Have experiences in EPCI for Oil and Gas project.
• Knowledge of general business law and procedures.
• Advanced knowledge of legislation governing human resources and labor relations.
• Excellent knowledge in Civil and Corporate law.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
• Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
• Outstanding managerial and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in English, able to work independently as well and able work under high pressured.
• Able to join immediately.
• Preferably living in the Greater Jakarta area (Jabodetabek).
• Placement : Jakarta & site project (if needed).

Responsibilities:

• Ensures all necessary human resource policies, programs, and procedures are developed and implemented in accordance with relevant legislation and best human resources practices.
• Evaluate and formulate organizational policies in accordance with the Employment Law.
• Coordinate with the organization's legal parties and other departments in terms of protecting employee rights and obligations.
• Provide advice on corporate legal issues and business matters.
• Serves as a legal resource to senior management team on human resource issues and initiatives.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
