Requirements:
- Minimal Bachelor’s degree in Law from reputable university.
- Minimal 5 years experiences in the same position.
- Have experiences in EPCI for Oil and Gas project.
- Knowledge of general business law and procedures.
- Advanced knowledge of legislation governing human resources and labor relations.
- Excellent knowledge in Civil and Corporate law.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
- Outstanding managerial and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in English, able to work independently as well and able work under high pressured.
- Able to join immediately.
- Preferably living in the Greater Jakarta area (Jabodetabek).
- Placement : Jakarta & site project (if needed).
Responsibilities:
- Ensures all necessary human resource policies, programs, and procedures are developed and implemented in accordance with relevant legislation and best human resources practices.
- Evaluate and formulate organizational policies in accordance with the Employment Law.
- Coordinate with the organization's legal parties and other departments in terms of protecting employee rights and obligations.
- Provide advice on corporate legal issues and business matters.
- Serves as a legal resource to senior management team on human resource issues and initiatives.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
