Job Description:
- Fulfilling need for manpower in accordance with manpower requirement plan
- Carry out CV selection process, interviews, and employee recruitment processes
- Maximizing candidate database through various methods such as Job fairs, Campus hiring, Media Job postings, external collaboration and others
- Carry out administrative processes related to recruitment (recruitment reports, candidate data, administration and documentation of documents related to recruitment)
- Support improvement and system in Recruitment
Requirement:
- Be able to speak in English and Mandarin will be a plus.
- Minimum 3 years experience as Recruiter (from Manufacture Industry or Head Hunter company is a plus)
- Have ability in Ms Office (Ms Word, Excel, Power point)
- Willing to work at Gresik - East Java
