Job Summary:
HR Service Delivery Executive is expected to attract, recruit, and match talents to meet client needs efficiently.
Job Responsibilities:
- To understand client requirements and foster long-term relationships with them;
- To be able to recruit and attract talents (e.g. job advertising)
- To evaluate talent’s profile and resume in
- Source talents using databases, social media, roadshow etc.
- Assume responsibility of pre-interview screening
- Match the most suitable talents to different positions
- Create relationships with job seekers and provide advice
- Provide Service Delivery between talents and clients
- Facilitate and finalize agreements between talents and clients
Job Requirement:
- Preferably 2 years’ experience in Business Development/related role (recruitment agencies).
- Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor or equivalent degree in any field
- Preferably having experience in servicing SI, corporate client or key account management
- Good knowledge in IT/related industry
- Proficient in English speaking and writing
- Good presentation and communication skills
