Requirements
- D3/S1 graduates in the field of human resource management (HRM) or related majors.
- Age: 24–30 years
- Have the same experience for at least 2 years in the field, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
- Have experience in recruitment, HR development, and industrial relations.
- be innovative, communicative, have a good personality, have good communication skills, and have good administrative skills.
- Have experience using HRIS (Human Resource Information System) software.
- Manage and maintain personnel documents and manage related tasks.
- Create and maintain training documents and monitor employee training certifications as needed.
- Able to use Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) well
- Willing to travel to remote areas or locations
- Detail-oriented and accurate
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
Training will be provided by the company at no charge, good command of Verbal and Written in English is a Must for all positions (TOEFL > 450 Preferred) and active user of computer applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
