As an HR Superintendent, you will be responsible for:
- Initiating extensive hiring to commence site operations
- Managing all aspects of human resources, encompassing operational HR such as payroll and database management
- Fostering a robust corporate culture throughout the organization
- Establishing and refining organizational framework, including job specifications and limitations
- Nurturing positive industrial relationships with site personnel and local communities
A successful candidate must possess:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a Mining Contractor organization
- Minimum of 4 years of managerial/superintendent experience
- Extensive network in Sulawesi, Kalimantan, and East Indonesia regions
- Preference for previous experience working in Eastern Indonesia
- Proven track record in on-site mass recruitment across all levels, particularly operators and engineers
- Thorough understanding of the Mining Contractor industry
- Experience in change management and/or launching new businesses
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities
- Willing to be based on-site with a 10:2 roster schedule
