- As a strategic Human Resource Business Partner for the business across all levels, through to senior leadership team
- As the subject matter expert and strategic advisor with regards to talent and culture by translating and aligning business objectives to talent strategies
- Responsible for end-to-end talent journey strategies, from talent acquisition to talent management whilst also ensuring the operational excellence properly executed
- Develop and implement talent management strategies to align with organization's business goals, enhancing and unlocking potential, driving performance and retention
- Oversee talent attraction or acquisition strategies and programs are effective by staying active within the industry and understanding the trends
- Manage Learning and Development to ensure comprehensive end-to-end talent journey and activities are aligned and productive, especially for talent or leadership team
- Monitor training program to ensure effectiveness
- Drive and enhance Culture across organization to improve work relationship, build morale, enhance employee engagement and performance
- Manages and resolves industrial and employee relations matters
- Ensure in-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance related to employee management to reduce legal risks and statutory reporting
- Provide guidance and advisory to the business with an effective organization design, workforce planning and succession planning
- At least 12 years of working experience in the area of Human Resources with solid track record as HR generalist or HRBP
- Ideal industry experience in Financial Services or related industry, with strong familiarity with statutory and compliance reporting
- Track record with hybrid experience as strategic HRBP and strong in-depth understanding of Talent Management, Learning and Performance Management
- Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated leadership skills in managing stakeholders of all levels
- Strong strategic thinking, problem solving, innovative, and agile mindset
- Experiences in driving change management project and driving culture transformation
- Ability to comprehend, interpret, translate and apply effective talent strategies and develop HR policies
- Understanding of industrial or employee relations matters as well as employment or labour law
