Hrbp Deputy Manager

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with labor regulations;
• Administer compensation and benefit plans;
• Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes;
• Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives;
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise;
• Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace;
• Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies;
• Helping to implement and supervise the ISO 14001 and 45001.
• Maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.
• Undertake tasks around performance management;
• Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews;
• Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form;
• Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities;

Requirement:

• Proven experience as a Human Resources, minimum 5 (five) years (preferably as an HR in a Manufacturing/Industrial company)
• Min. Bachelor's degree (preferably from Human Resources/Management or Law major)
• Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
• Understanding of the ISO 14001 and 45001
• Experienced handling Industrial Relations cases/issues (external or internal cases)
• Currently certified in General Occupational Health & Safety (Ahli K3 Umum)
• Excellent communication skill in English
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
• Adept in Microsoft Office apps (Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Willing to work in Cikarang (Plant) and a necessary travel to Head Office.
