Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations;
- Administer compensation and benefit plans;
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes;
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives;
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise;
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace;
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies;
- Helping to implement and supervise the ISO 14001 and 45001.
- Maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.
- Undertake tasks around performance management;
- Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews;
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form;
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities;
Requirement:
- Proven experience as a Human Resources, minimum 5 (five) years (preferably as an HR in a Manufacturing/Industrial company)
- Min. Bachelor's degree (preferably from Human Resources/Management or Law major)
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Understanding of the ISO 14001 and 45001
- Experienced handling Industrial Relations cases/issues (external or internal cases)
- Currently certified in General Occupational Health & Safety (Ahli K3 Umum)
- Excellent communication skill in English
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
- Adept in Microsoft Office apps (Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willing to work in Cikarang (Plant) and a necessary travel to Head Office.
