Responsibilities:
- Drive global HR initiatives and ensure alignment with local business needs.
- Implement and adapt P&O standards to meet local labor laws and regulations.
- Lead change management programs and organizational development projects.
- Collaborate with works council and manage labor relations effectively.
- Oversee compensation and benefit systems to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Conduct workforce planning and identify relevant risks for HR processes.
- Prepare and execute internal and external HR audits.
- Support Learning and Development (L&D) initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in management, Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR industry experience as Manager, including project management.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and Global HRIS.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
- Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or manufacturing industry preferred.
