HRD Manager
Requirements
- Bachelor degree Psychology, Law, Management Human Resources.
- At least 5 Year (s) working experience in Organizational Development, HRBP, HR Generalist area.
- Proven Experience in HR Management or leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in written and verbal English Language to sucess in a full work from office environment
- Understand about Indonesia labor law.
Responsibilities
- Make HR & GA Strategic Plan & Budget
- Responsible for HRGA Planning for All Business unit
- Responsible for all spectrum or HR Planning & Development
- Manage the recruitment, People & Organization Development Process to Support.
- Handle Industrial Relation Matters and Maintain Harmonious Work Environment by communication the Company Program or Policy Relate to Human Resources.
- Develop and manage conpensation benefits
- Analyze the employee engagement and develop action plan to enhance the enganngmen index.
- Develop Rules & Regulation for Managing HR Function the company
- Report to Director about he implementation of above aspect
