HRD Manager - HRDM
Responsibilities:
- Create and develop operation activities related to HR operational, Personnel, Payroll, Training, General Admin, Legal, etc.
- Arranging according annual manpower needs and the corporate selection process according to company policies and procedures
- Monitoring employee development system through training, job analysis, job evaluation and job value mapping.
- Ensure that administrative records and employee documentation are updated (agreement, Mutation, Demotion, Promotion, Counselling, Warning Letter, etc.).
- Develop, optimize and regulate Company Regulations and company rules.
- Control and responsible for matters related to labour and law (industrial Relations, Licensing, BPJS, Labour Law, etc.).
- Arranging employee relation programs such as handle employee complain, company policy socialization, employee satisfaction survey, sport & recreation, outing, etc.
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Law/Management/Psychology or related field.
- At least 3 years of working experience in HR & GA Manager. More preferred for experienced as HR Manager in Event Organizer, Event Management or Advertising Agencies.
- Highly experienced in undertaking recruitment, employee assessment & training, performance management, on-boarding/exit and professional development related activities.
- Quality relationship building skills to develop beneficial, outcomes focused working relationships.
- Mastered in understanding, developing, optimizing company legal aspects and company rules and regulations.
- Knowledge of HR legislation and up to date industry knowledge.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in working with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel & Power Point)
- Will be placed to work in Jakarta.
