HRD Manager
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, such as :
- Manage and monitor activities to fulfill manpower needs, ManPower Planning (MPP), recruitment, selection, placement, to orientation of new employees.
- Understand GA- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the Organization
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Manage the recruitment and selection process (sourcing, interview, placement)
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance- Monitor job analysis & work load analysis process
- Maintain payroll and benefits program
REQUIREMENTS :
- Max. age of 45 years old with min. Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Psychology, HR Management
- Has excellent knowledge in HRGA
- At least 5 years experience as HRGA Manager
- Can quickly adapt to the strategic changes of the company and grow together with the company.
- Good communication skills
- Having good interpersonal, leadership, dynamic and has analytical thinking
