- Analyze and identify the training and development needs of employees, including competencies, curriculum, job description and work needs.
- Developing coaching and mentoring to support employee development and the achievement of personal development plans.
- Facilitating learning and development across multiple delivery method, including in-person training, virtual training & e-learning.
- Passionate about helping people to learn and grow.
- Track and document training attendance and completion
- Administer and advise employees during performance management cycles
Job Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from Any Major
- Have Experience in People Development Minimum 1 Years
- Have good knowledge in competencies
- Excellent in public speaking, presentation & reporting skills
- Have experience in develop & build Management Trainee Program
- Good Communication and have a good "Can" do attitude
- Willing to be placement on site and mobile (Business Trip, etc)
