Job Description :
- Provide HRGA & Labour law/regulation consulting service to group companies
- Support recruitment needs of the group companies
- Organize training and seminar sessions for group companies
- handling internal seminar sessions using existing materials, become speaker for internal seminar sessions,
- communicating with external vendors to provide training programs
- Making sure internal HRGA system is aligned with the current labour law and regulation
- Making internal report regarding employment, HRGA matters
- Payroll/Income tax calculation
- Management of HRGA staff
Requirement :
- Have a minimum of 5 years experience in HRGA (Human Resources and General Affairs).
- Have experience in Training, Recruitment, Labour law, and HR regulation.
- Proficient in English at a business level.
- Experience working in Japanese manufacturing or trading companies is a plus.
