Job Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including personnel records maintenance, attendance tracking, and leave management.
- Support recruitment operation activities & administrative duties when required
- Handle employee inquiries and address personnel-related issues with empathy and discretion.
- Support HR initiatives and programs to enhance employee engagement and well-being.
- Responsible for ensuring (BPJS TK & Kes, Attendance) for staff on a monthly basis is carried out correctly.
Requirements:
- A bachelor degree from Psychology/HR Management with relevant experience with minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Attention to details
- Able to deal with task and projects at the same time to prioritize work activities
- Computer literate
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
