Hse (Health,Safety, And Environment) Staff

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health/ Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 1-year experience in Health, Safety & Environment roles preferably from an Industry & Manufacturing Company
• Holding on General AK3 Certification (AK3 Umum)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for conducting and monitoring safety operation activity including inspections, risk assessments, safety training, and procedure evaluation which the organization determines
• Responsible for monitoring and assessing unsafe conditions and unsafe action and developing measures to assure the HSE personnel
• Responsible for correcting unsafe acts or conditions through the regular line of authority
• Responsible for making the HSE work plan, monitoring and reviewing the HSE plan periodically, and giving corrective and preventive action for the implementation
• Providing HSE socialization and training  (such as Evacuation and Emergency Plan) for employee
• Implementation of HSES emergency/crisis management  (including fires, earthquakes, riots, security matters, etc.).
• Responsible for all activities related to K3LH in the company both internally and externally
• Identifying and mapping potential hazards
• Create and maintain docs related to K3
